Role

Are you ready to lead transformative change and drive innovation? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Change Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior leadership to spearhead significant changes across all directorates. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, developing, and implementing new processes, systems, and technology, ensuring accountability and alignment with our ambitious transformation programme.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership: provide strategic direction and ensure alignment between business needs and the transformation office.
  • Process innovation: lead the design and development of new ways of working, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technology implementation: oversee the implementation of cutting-edge systems and technology to support business transformation.
  • Collaboration: work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of changes.
  • Accountability: ensure accountability and alignment with the wider transformation programme.

Essential and desirable criteria

Essential

  • Certified in Prosci (or similar) change management methodology, including the ADKAR® model.
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, preferably within a large organisation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team through change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey change strategies and updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

  • Solid project management skills, including planning, execution and monitoring of change initiatives.
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to assess the impact of change initiatives and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and support throughout the change process.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that arise during change initiatives.
