This is an information request relating to losses and special payments.
Please include the information for each of the following periods; 2018 to 2019, 2019 to 2020 and 2020 to 2021:
- the total number of cases of losses in each year
- the total cost of losses in each year
- an itemisation of each loss including what it was for and how much it cost
- the total number of special payments in each year
- the total value of special payments in each year
- an itemisation of each special payment including what it was for and how much it cost

I can confirm that we hold information falling within scope of your request.
Information we are able to supply
I can confirm that the total number of cases of losses in each period you have requested is zero. The total cost of losses in each period is £0. For this reason, I am unable to supply an itemisation of each loss.
I can confirm that we publish special payments in our annual reports and accounts. For the periods of 2018 to 2019, 2019 to 2020 and 2020 to 2021, the reports can be found on our website.
The annual reports and accounts include an itemisation of special payments for exit packages and bonus payments for our Executive members. The below table sets out the page you can find the itemisation of those periods.
