Please can you provide me with the current pay scales for your Principal and Business Lead with your Product roles.
For more context, I would appreciate if you list the different roles within your Product team, starting from associate product role to the top and the different pay scales.
Secondly I would like to know the following below.
- Number of males at the top of each pay scale.
- Number of female at the top of each pay scale.
- Number of male in the product team.
- Number of female in the product team.

For clarification, product roles refer to the different roles across your digital product and services group. Within the confine of the civil service it is usually starting from:
- Associate Product Managers/Owners
- Product Managers/Owners
- Senior Product Managers/Owners
- Principal Product Managers/Owners
