All monies collected for penalty notices recovered are transferred to His Majesty’s Treasury consolidated fund via the DWP. The details of how many fines we collect can be found in our Annual Report and Accounts.

We publish all the data relating to penalties in the Annual Report and Accounts, pages 167 to 169 in last year’s report. We do not set targets on penalties recovered. We focus our targets for the team around responding to debtors’ enquiries.
