1. Stand alone.
2. The underlying application technologies used by our HR, finance, payroll and procurement teams are:

• HR and payroll: iTrent offers a configurable platform which simplifies our internal processes. It provides us with single database that includes a payroll and calculation engine that also drives extensive reporting. It also supports the management process across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding of talent management
• finance: Basware Purchase to Pay and Basware eInvoice services
• procurement: Jaggaer eSourcing solution

3. The provision of our current software is due to be reviewed on the following dates:

• HR: 27 December 2022
• finance: 30 June 2023
• payroll: 27 December 2022
• procurement: 14 February 2023
