I can confirm that we hold the information you have requested.

This contract was awarded as a direct award as part of a programme of work involving insourcing services from a large 10 year outsourcing contract.

The programme strategy was to move ‘as is’ with transition and transformation to be part of the next phases in future years. Therefore the Precisely contract was awarded as part of the existing architecture.
